Squat like a girl workout

Leg Day!

I haven’t gone heavy on legs in about 3 months due to a hamstring pain-I call it my phantom pain because I have no idea why it’s hurting me. So I’ve kept my weight at 185 lbs max up until yesterday. Here is what I did:

Squats:
135 lbs-2 sets 12 reps
185 lbs-2 sets 10 reps
225 lbs-1 set 3 reps
275 lbs -1 set 2 reps
295 lbs-1 set 2 reps

Box jumps
4 sets 15 reps

walking lunges
20 lbs-2 sets 12 reps each leg

Butt Blaster-
60lbs-3 sets 15 reps
