After many months of hard work I’m so excited to introduce to you my new website and my brand new training program.

 

Limitless helps you develop coordination and control by incorporating calisthenics, as well as the strength and conditioning from weights-in short, this program aims to make you a more well rounded athlete.

Programming begins January 12th. Sign up now for only $26 every 4 weeks.

 

How does Limitless work?

— Limitless is an ongoing subscription based program created by Marisa Inda to address lifting and physique goals, but also coordination and body control by incorporating calisthenics movements such as push-ups, inversions, and of course fancy pull-ups.⠀

— Limitless is delivered to you weekly via email and you are given access to the private Facebook group to interact with other members. ⠀⠀

 

With the Limitless Program you’ll get:

— 4day/week programming with 2 optional (but highly encouraged) cardio days. ⠀

— Access to a community of athletes, of all levels, to help motivate and push you while keeping you accountable to the program. ⠀⠀

— A video database with instructions and progressions as well as workarounds on every exercise in the program. So if you’re new to bodyweight movements don’t worry this program will help you get started and progress no matter what level you’re at.

— 10% off RP Nutrition Templates as well as apparel in the store.
