Resolutions

So it’s that time of year again-the New Year! The thing I hate most about the New Year is the “resolution” people, the ones that decide they want to finally get in shape. I guess what bothers me the most is why did you have to wait until January 1st to decide to make it to the gym. Like any goal you have, once you decide to accomplish something-go for it NOW.

I myself have small goals I set for myself on a weekly or monthly basis-I think its an easier way to keep consistent while also providing motivation to keep going once these small goals are met.

I’ve decided I want to compete again. This is a longer term goal, however, in order to meet it I have small weekly goals that I set for myself.

Here is a picture of me the last time I dieted for a show-this was after 2 weeks of dieting and was for a warm-up show I was doing so that I could qualify for the show I really wanted to do.

Here’s to sticking to those resolutions! What are your goals for this year?
