Now I am Hungry

Yes I know….now this makes me hungry too. The crappy thing about trying to get in shape and probably the most difficult thing is giving up the really great tasting food. However, it truly is 80% diet and 20% effort. You could do sit-ups everyday and you will never see your abs unless you have your diet in order. I don’t believe in giving up everything. I think that is unrealistic and would make life not only boring but tasteless 🙂 . I will say that you do have to eat the “bad” foods in moderation, it’s all about portion control!

I have found that if you want to have the hamburger and fries, go out with friends or your spouse and split the hamburger and fries…this not only saves you money, but in the end you have cut your calories in half. Of course, if you want to see those abs, you do not want to be making this type of meal a habit. Keep your end goal in mind and stay the course…and your six pack abs will follow.
