Lower: Squats, booty n decisions

Tuesdays training 2-12-13

Yet again another squat day…my nemesis! I hate that I question my depth and doubt myself. At this point I’m deciding if I should widen my stance and drop the bar lower on my back since I have time before my next planned comp in July. I’ve always squatted high bar so maybe a change is in order to see more progress….decisions decisions

255×2 I tripped walking back & damn near fell..thank God for my cat like reflexes!
260×2 this was my meet max back in Nov so happy that 2 went up but I still feel iffy about my depth
Dropped about 85% and did as many reps as i could 225×6

SSB Good Mornings in squat stance

Split squat
20x10x3sets

GHR
BW x15x3 sets

Glute raises (Kai Greene style)
60x12x3 sets my quest for Brazilian booty will never end….see girl on the right!!
