Light weight and Flashing back to my first crush!

BW: 115.7 lbs

At the end of last week my body just felt TIRED.  Not one to take an entire week off and do nothing just gonna take it easy and do more volume with lighter weights this week for a deload.  Sometimes you gotta listen to your body and know when to pull back a little.

Thank God today was not a squat day because the “stretchy” pants I had on were not so stretchy and I found myself pulling them up every 5 seconds.  Pretty sure ass crack was out a few times, but it’s Monday so all is forgiven.

 

Touch and go bench

Standing DB ohp
25 x12 x 4 sets

Db skull crushers
20×12 x 4 sets

Decline pushups
Bwx12x 3 sets

Face pulls
60x12x4 sets

Side laterals
10x15x 4 sets

Ton of ab work….ok not a ton but enough to make my midsection scream. 

 

And this came over the iPod this A.M. and I fell in love all over again with the lead singer. YUM YUM

And of course a lil handstand montage..
